Draft · 28 August 2026 · Not an offer for sale

Terms

These terms are a simple draft for an unreleased product. They are not a substitute for counsel, and they are not an invitation to buy anything.

What Sunset Gaming Engine is

Sunset Gaming Engine is an agent-first game-making kit intended to run on stock Godot 4. The working name is Sunset Gaming Engine. The marketing site describes a direction. It does not ship a finished studio, a hosted credit system, or a store.

Not for sale

Sunset Gaming Engine is not offered for sale on this site. Any “pricing” on the homepage is a proposed plan, marked as coming soon. There is no paid plan you can subscribe to here. If someone asks you to pay for Sunset Gaming Engine today, that is not us operating a checkout.

No warranties

The site, drafts, kit files, and any software published under the Sunset Gaming Engine name are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that anything will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for shipping a commercial game.

Your projects

A Godot project you create remains yours, subject to Godot’s license and the licenses of any assets you add. Sunset Gaming Engine should not require a proprietary project format. Third-party models, voices, and tools (including Meshy and ElevenLabs) are used under their own terms; we do not grant you those rights.

Acceptable use (when software exists)

Do not use Sunset Gaming Engine to break the law, to generate or host child sexual abuse material, or to attack systems you do not own. Local MCP and editor tools can run code on your machine — treat that with the same care you would give any agent with file access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sunset Gaming Engine contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from these pages or from any Sunset Gaming Engine software.

Changes

When a company entity exists and a product is actually offered, these drafts will be replaced. Until then, treat them as a notice: early, incomplete, not a commercial offer.
